We will be walk a more during a day thus we will be less a eat thus we will be ignore a ghee,oil,rice,paneer etc. We will be more exercise daily thus we will be burn a out body .Exercise is good for you, no matter what you do, but works in the right intensity can make you faster. Learning to control the intensity and work harder to better cardiovascular workouts.
