Microwave my food sometimes

Is it bad to microwave food? The reason why I ask because I microwave my chicken breast sometimes. I wonder if I am losing any protein etc...by doing this.

is it already cooked chicken or raw? if it's already cooked ur fine. nothing's gonna happen. If it's raw I wouldn't do it if you paid me.

What's the reasoning behind your views littlebear ? just curious ?

A microwave doesn't have enough power and isn't the right tool to cook raw chicken, but if it's already pre-cooked then it's better suited to just heat up the food rather than cook it.
