I recently started training for muy thai boxing and isntead of bulking up I would like to just get good musclar endurance and cut up and cut weight. the workout I do now is 30 minutes of jumping rope 120 knuckle push ups 200 davids (kind of like a reverse crunch but u clap infront of ur knees when u bring them up) 100 jump squats and 50 close grip chin ups. I would like to add some weight training into this so if anybody knows of anything that I could do. any advice would be much appriciated.
