i've trained of and on since 1984 but only serious in 2002. for the past couple of years i've been fighting with a bad left arm due to surgury. i had a bone spur removed and now have nerve damage that doesn't allow the left tricep to contract. it sucks big time. i do some some early photos from 2001 just before i got really serious. i'll post them up later.

Really great progress i would presume since i didn't see any earlier photo's. If you would post them up that would be appreciated. But nice to see you sticking with it even though you had that surgery. Also you seem to be competeing which in it's own is "ballsy" congrats on where you have gotten and where the future with take you.
