im pretty new to lifting weights and I really enjoy it but I'm not trying to get very big but I was wondering if there was a way to build power and not put on an extream amount of mass. I do a lot of body weight exercises and I do as many sets as it takes to get to 100 reps but it usually makes it hard to use that body part the rest of the week so I was just wondering if anybody could help me out with some exercises or if possible some body splits im open to try anything. any help is much appriciated thanks

the 5 big lifts are what you're gonna wanna get into eventually. Clean and Jerk, Overhead Press, Bench, Deads, and Squats.... not necessarily in that order.

Hey I found this one with a good training protocols and certain nutrition advice. Interesting reading with various exercises that wont get you huge but will built power and strength. Check it out.

This is part two of the Training they do mention to include cleans, squats, dead lifts and weighted or non-weighted chin ups.
