Currently I am training at home with limited amount of resources to use while working out. Usually a barbell and a set of dumbbells. I have a questions regarding lower chest development. I have seen many forums that have problems developing their upper chest area but for me that is not the case. My question is what can I do to develop the lower chest area without lets say the decline bench to press. Any suggestions ? Comments ? I am open to any body's opinion.

lower chest i would do dips!
also flat bench press will do the trick to
and to make the chest look more detailed
you gotta make sure you get your bodyfat percentages
lower then 15. but try dips buddy, its a strong compund movement

Dont worry about spot shaping the lower chest, with flat bench and lots of incline the lower chest will come trust me!
