Well i started really skinny so i shall start out with a pic of me before touching weights.In clothes but you get the just of it.

I have more pics and the most recent was me at 190 i am now currently 205. I am in a contest so i won't post upper body pics until that is finished thanks for takin the time to look.

Looking good man. Work on more thickness all over and you'll be good. Also width in your back. It's very important.

Like i said i'm about 20-15 pounds heavier right now than in those pics. Sure it's hard to tell but width for my back doesn't come with me. I am failing in that department lol

hit wide grip pull ups/pull downs hard. also straight bar pulls at an angle.

Keep building on everything you have a great foundation..

Shoulders do =Shoulder presses, side lateral raisies bent over rear delts

Flat bench( dbells) + incline dbells.

Bis( straight barbell curls), & some seated alternating..

Tris( dips or weight dips,<= more advanced technique)..
Skull crushers, close grip bench presses with perfect form, dont worry about weight that will happen when the form is down pat.

Squat.. mass builder here

Deads. Build a strong back....then everything else follows in place nicely.... I do these a lot and it helps with my fire service training..

Don't forget the calves ok
