Hey guys!!! I thought that we should all have a place to share tips support and recipes that we like. :)

Lately I have been making soup. I am not really sure if it qualifies as soup, BUT I love it. I take 2 large chicken breasts trim all the icky stuff off of them and cut them into 4 pieces and a can of Rotel. ( I really like the Mexican one) I put them in the crock pot for about 2.5 hours then add 2 cups of veggies (my fav is pre cut frozen peppers and onions) I cook it for about 30 more min then add 2 cups of water and a cup of rice. I split it into 3 servings of soup!!! SOOOO YUMMY!!!!!!!!! I also use the Italian and plain Rotel too. Give it a try :)

i like to make omellettes with everything basically
i just add egg whites tuna capscicum corn carrot pieces and alot more, then i add some tasty dressings
and wollahh, i have a nice and healthy meal!

I like to eat egg omellettes with broccoli, aspargus, green bell peppers, one yolk and four egg whites, spinach with Organic light olive oil. Drink two bottle of water and with plain oatmeal.
