Hey everyone its me again!!!! Well ive been getting lots and lots of questions regarding legs and calves and veins. So i figured i would do a leg thread too!!! if anyone has and request for exercises or pics, let me know!! its what im here for!!

Squat - 5 x 15/15/12/12/10
DB walking lunges - 4 x 12/12/12/12
Leg Extensions - 4 x 20/20/18/15
Stiff Legged Deadlift - 4 x 15/15/15/15
Calf Raises - 4 x 20 bodyweight single legged
who wants legs like these???
