Well i am in the US Navy, im a Navy Seabee, i do construction in the armed forces. I love sicily, and to be honest YES there is really mafia here they own all the clubs but its not like the movies, whenyou go to a restaurant, you KNOW whos important! the oens smoking when there is no smoking allowed, the ones that come right in and sit down anywhere, the ones who snao their fingers and get service! haha

hey elijah im about to start my cutting diet this week i just want to know do you count every calorie when you eat throughout the day or do you just eat healthy?

I just eat healthy and BEFORE im hungry! I eat all the time but only fruits and veggies for snacking, i dont usually eat breads unless its a whole wheat bagel....

I'm carb depleting as i am injured and can't get much cardio done. Is it o.k. to have fruit? I've been avoiding it because of the sugar.

OH YES fruit is amazing for you especially grapefruit!!!! Natural sugars are good! dont worry about that, no breads!

What about oatmeal, I have a small amount with cottage cheese at breakfast, should I cut it out and just have some fruit or veg with cott. cheese or egg?

Favorite ab exercise by far would have to be the swiss ball V up or the Hanging leg raise....
CLOSE second would be the swiss ball Sit up
Third would be the ab roller!
and i dont bulk ever! I add muscle MASS as well as definition through a variety of exercises.....no bulking, bulking gives you fat and adding MASS gives you just that....MASS
