I suggest working in Close Grip Bench press every other week for mass, or every 3 weeks

Triceps react to heavy lifting and range of motion movements. I do not ever do close grip bench press, my chest will overwhelm the strength of my triceps. The best movement for me for mass in the Triceps was the V bar pressdown, pack on that weight and rep that S*** out!

do you make sure the bar touches your head when doing skull crushers?

try doing weighted dips
works the triceps hard

Well i do not touch my head no i bring the bar behind my head for the full stretch and range of motion, and YES Weighted Dips are a very good tri builder

so i'm assuming as you go down in the reps, you increase the weight?

Tricep dips are one of my favorites and I'm getting lots of them done. Do you think you can do them everyday or should it be every other day like any weight training exercise? I'm just a bit of a fanatic about them cuz I can finally do alot of them.
