Everyone here is my little free tip and routine for achieving that back youve always wanted!!! Get those lats spread wide and that back thick!!! Try this routine and youll never go wrong!!!!

BB rows - 4 x 15/15/12/12
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown - 3 x 12/12/12
Reverse Grip lat pull down - 3 x 12/12/12
Back Extensions - 2 x 15/15
Deadlifts - 3 x 8/8/8

Getting that wide V TAPER look from the back is hard to achieve but impressive when done!!! now follow this workout routine for a couple weeks and let me know how you like it!!

Awesome back, nice tat....How long did it take?

Nice thanks for the tips... I do a very similar workout now...I always start off with pull ups, then every other week i alternate in T bar rows or one arm DB rows opposed to BB rows

Ive been seriously training for about 2 years now, I used to train with weights and ive been boxing for about 13 years. But my weight trainng was limited to benching and leg pressing mostly. So recently about 2 years ago i finally got into the DIET and the correct ways to train with proper splits and switching it up. Ive only just begun and I have a long way to go. Im getting up in weight and now so lets see where i can get to....

yes i Do live in Italy, well Sicily, a little island off of the mainland...

Nah man Sicily is harmless. I love this place! The hotels dont look like that trust me but i love this place! lets stick to some back questions and comments....

I love the close grip V bar rows. I use the same setup. Deadlifts your last set? I've always done back and traps together, think this is a bad idea?

Back and traps is ok but switch it up, i dont always do deads last, i do deads first alot but it takes out all my energy so im usually done afterwards

Yeah i love pullups, the most ive ever done was 47 but im trying to put on mass right now, so about 33 is all i can do now :(
