Hello all,
I was thinking to grab some new shoes. I wondered about ankle support for lifting shoes.
Currently i am using pumas that do not have ankle support.
Which one do you prefer ?
Can someone suggest some good one for me ;)

its best to use a cross trainer for workouts in my views and experience, as far as ankle support you should not be doing anything that would cause any twisting that would effect your ankles, since track runners use regular spike shoes there is not allot of ankle support, its more geared toward the arch and over all comfort and cushion for your feet,, check out various shoes and find one that fits nice and comfortable, cheaper is not always the best route and you dont need the top of the line either,,

For squating and deadlifting I prefer something with a solid base to to push/pull off of. Something like Sambas or chuck taylors. I personally use the Sambas and feel they offer a little more arch support then the chucks but still have that solid base to press off of and allow for a descent range of mobility.
