people who are diehard in doing workouts might forget the fact that taking rest or sleep are the two factors which gives
hands to bring out a desired physique.A minimum of 8 hours of sleep is mandatory..
People do share your your comments about it...

yes rest is very important, taking the days off for recovery as well, while the ideal sleep is 8 hours its sometimes not a option due to work or school what have you, as long as your getting in your nutrients and allowing your self time off between lifting days, your not going to be suffering to much in regards to over all development or growth, unless its a habitual problem like only getting in 4-6 hours every night it will slow your recovery but not impair you from any growth, again as long as your diet is in order which is the most important factor in any muscle growth, sleep is hands down right up there as well... good point roughsOul!!

Ofcourse, sleep is one of the biggest factor for a great body and healthy life.
Rest is very important. If you have been working out since hours and still dont get proper sleep, it may harm your body and health. sometimes you may get sick.
