I need a little help with my back ,lower back more precisely.

I know I have a slight unwanted curve in back because of sitting in dumbass small benches when I was in school.

I just want to know how can I use back training in the gym to my advantage, strengthen my back and lower back and prevent any injury.

Could any one help me out with this ?

crunches strengthen the lower back, so do squats
learn these exercises
anyone got anything to add?

so your not saying you have a injured back just not a developed back?? if thats the case and you can train your back with out any injury or problems, then yes we can help you out here, like was said before, strengthen your core muscles will help with any lower back issues and make your back less prone to injury,
for some ideal back exercises follow this link and read up a bit on what you think would be some exercises that you can do.
