Hair Loss Help!

I started using flax seed 2 months back !

recently i Shaved my head off and noticed that my hair were thinner then ever !

I asked people why did it happen , they said it could be due to the flax seed !

could any one enlighten me ?

i have thin hair too... it is normal for 100hairs to fall out per day apparently
but i dont worry about it
becuase i just compensate the thin hair for my bodybuilding lol

WOW, never heard of this one before hair falling out with flax seed. Dude I agree with Big-Anf.. Best of luck...I don't think flax seed makes hair fall out. Speak to your doctor...

All flax does is provide with a healthy fat and then at most raises your estro just a lil bit. There's nothing wrong with it. What you have is genetic dude.
