i am a full time student with a part time job with horrible management skills which is the major reason I mess up my sleep cycle !
I do not get more than 6 hour sleep in a day.
I have been working out for around 3 months, bulking, and I am noticing a little results.
My sleep cycles is messed up bad , I would like to know if working out is really helping me or am I wasting my time ??

If you are currently fit then you will need less sleep as your body is healthy as with someone who is not. There are a few things I'd suggest though.
1. If you're trying to bulk up get some more sleep and allow the muscle to recover. Maybe take a week off and just eat food doing some light cardio, pro bodybuilders do this in their off season to get bigger.
2. If you are doing the same exercises over and over then change your routine. Mix it up and you will notice new muscle growth.
3. Being healthy is always better than doing no exercise at all. If yu stop your workout you will automatically start needing more sleep and as you put on weight you'll notice your energy becomes less and less and you struggle to get up in the mornings. Always keep up a form of exercise.
4. Maybe try a supplement or a different diet if you aren't noticing results. New techniques and methods can sometimes tk a few months to be noticed so don't give up on a new technique/routine if you dn't see results in the first couple of weeks.
5. Remember it isn't about being big and if yu currently look fit then be happy with where you are. Sounds like your life is busy enough an don't always try and cram it full of more stuff, just relax and let your body off every now and then.
hope these ideas get you thinking.

has the sleep issue been a problem before? also what time of the day are you working out? if its late in the evening you could still be a bit jacked up from the workout which will make it harder to fall asleep..
i would not blame working out as wasting your time, its the opposite of that, since working out elevates your bodys immune system its a very positive thing,, sleep cycles can be caused by a large number of factors,
stress , your job, and your eating habits also, as well as any stimulants or supplements and pop you drink throughout the day,
try hot showers before bed, as well as looking into some over the counter sleep aids, simply-sleepy works well, also melatonin will help you fall asleep also,, do a inventory of your daily intake of foods and drinks and supplements to see if maybe one or a combination of them is adding to the sleep problem..

As you already described, you seem to be a busy person. Bad sleep cycles may cause some harm to your health. Atleast you must try to get proper sleep and ya, of course at proper time. Do adjust some time for workout's too, they are beneficial for sure. :)
