Problem Mixing Egg white powder ?

I know it sounds kind of stupid but wel...

I take 40 grams of the powder and put it into the water . Stir it !

It clumps !

I am not all that experienced with egg white powder.

I was just wondering if there was any special technique to do this thing...?

generally throw it in a blender and that should do the trick

Clumps won't hurt ya man. That or when you mix it use a fork so you can break up the clumps. :)

Its the nature of the beast, similar to how casein can be very clumpy. Either suck it up or find a diffrent powder.
