Relax before and after every Cardio session.
When jumping rope, don't jump as high as you can just jump high enough for the rope to pass under your feet.
When running, take short brakes every few meters, if you feel your heart is way too jumpy and have troubles breathing stop and rest for a few minutes, relax, have a drink of water and if you feel fine continue.
Don't wear formal shoes, heels or similar shoes. Always wear tennis shoes, sneakers or similar type of shoes.
Don't skip on a hard surface. You might hurt your tendons and ligaments.
If you feel dehydrated drink water until you're satisfied, but not too much. When jogging, walking or other similar activity always take water with you.
Don't over train this is sort of bad for you, just do as much as your body can take not over.
Clothes are important; they depend on whatever Cardio activity you're doing. For example, don't wear jeans when running; wear a t-shirt not a dress shirt for Gods sake! And remember that the clothes you wear shouldn't be tight or you'll feel uncomfortable.
Equipment is also important; make sure you have the right equipment. Don't take a soccer ball to a basketball game!
Try working out in the shade out of the sun, trust me you'll feel much more comfortable and you ll be away from the harmful UV rays.
Wear sunglasses if doing an outdoor exercise, for some reason you'll feel less hot with them on.
The most important thing, have motivation! Let it be a special someone, a boyfriend or a girlfriend, the way you look, etc.
Doesn't matter, make sure you have one and you'll see that you'll work harder for your goal!

Great tips! Another thing I always don't do before excercising heavily is eat a lot. If you have a big stomach, save it for after, or you'll find yourself feeling nauseous after a few minutes. I always eat alot after an intense workout because that's when I'm the hungriest. Also to add to the point that says don't wear jeans: if you wear a lot of tight clothing when you work out, it might damage your clothes or possibly even rip them. And if you're working out a lot, definetly make sure to wear loose clothes, or not even wear a tshirt, because the last thing you want is a sore muscle!

LOL, when I was back in my prime I used to work in retail and run 10km's home, in black shoes, black bants a belt tie and business shirt. LMAO.
Then when I got home I used to change quickly in running gear and go for another 30 minute run. I eventualy got it down to a 20 minute run and was really impressed with myself.
I always ran with an mp3 necklace I used to put around my necka nd face it backwards so it didn't bounce against my chest and it was always playing the rocky soundtrack. I always used to stop when I got to my destination and then turn around and head home. I never took water with me as I always found it heated up too quickly and it was a real pain running with something in my hand. When I sarted running for a good hour and really long distances I used to take moneyand buy a drink and then rest and drink it and then turn around and make my way home.
The tips above are some really useful ones and funny when you ook back to see what you have done in the past.

Wow, doesn't it get hot wearing work clothes? I mean the last thing I would think of would be to run in formal clothes.
You should keep it in a bag or something and then run with it, so it doesn't get so hot. But then again, it's user preference. Some people do things their way, and it works.

I can imagine how you might be feeling running in black formal shoes, and all formal cloths. :P
I think you might not feel much comfortable doing that for a 10Km run ;)
btw, Thanks for the grateful tips TC :)
