no your penis does not shrink, its your balls that shrink and thats only if you use steroids, since steriods stop your bodys own natural production of testosterone, the sack will shrink down from no use in production, so after your cycle of steroids is done you start a drug for post cycle therapy, drugs commonally used are called clomid and novaldex which get the boys up and running again..
