I do not think time gap should be that much of a constraint in any form.
Of course...if your belly has really bulged since then...then it would demand a very high effort on your part....Six pack is really all about eating the right kind of food and burning them all the more efficiently.

i agree but start doing sit ups and increase them each day by 10 at a time as this will help until you get some weight off

no your not dreaming, all you need to focus on is getting your diet in proper order and do some cardio training 4x a week about 30-45 min. and once the bodyfat lowers your abs will show again, there are a bunch of good exercises for your abs but if your bodyfat is higher than 10% they are not going to show, have motivation and set your goals, anything is possible, good luck with your training and dieting, that will be the key to seeing those beloved 6-packs again

I personally think 25 years is a lot of time.
Now it depends on your current body, If you got a bit fat, then before. you need to give a lot of efforts to get your Six Pack back again on your body.
It is not impossible at all, you need to take care about food you eat and do exercise daily.

Yes of course you can, look at all the actors that put on weight for roles and then in their next movie they're the most ripped actor in hollywood. As mentioned above you really have to make sure you eat the right foods and burn it off properly. The best way to do it is go for a 30 minute run 3-4 times a week and do situps every other day. As well as some free weight dumbell curls. Anything that get your body stabilizing itself will really help you shed the kilos.
Even the fattest people in the wolrd have a six pack under their gut, it's just a matter of shedding the garbage so you can see it again.
