I was wondering what effect does alcohol have on my diet and training program ?
I do grab a couple of beers every week end ?
is it alrite if i do so ?

i think a few beers is ok if you dont go to mad and work out really hard the next day to punish yourself lol

If you take beer in limited amount, its ok.
I would also advice you, not to do major workout at weekends, if you drink on weekends :)
Have a nice health and a Nice drink too ;)

Ohhh. the alcahol problem. it's not too bad if you drink once in a while, but too much can lead to fatigue and sometimes exhaustion both mentally and physically. It doesn't help to be drunk when you're working out!

Alcohol raises your estrogen levels and decreases protein synthesis. Basically it has no good effects on the body.
