Hello People....

I do used to work out more often in the past, but had a major back problem which has prevented me from pushing those muscles to the limit!
Here's hoping to finding a good alternative..... from all you wise people...

Hi right,

First off welcome to yoursuperbody mate. I too suffered with a back problem though mine was due to running so fast I couldn't keep up and I took a nasty fall and lost consciousness. Then faling off the top of a two story ladder and collecting metals several times in my back on the way down. Still screwed but I'm sure if you do like me, some light stretching it'll come good in no time, maybe a change of diet will help, I found cutting out the three litres of coke a day and drinking applejuice and water is greatly helping.

Anyway have fun here mate.

Hi. If your'e suffering from some back problems just do some lighter excercises or trainings. It slows down the recovery if you do any heavy training! Go out for a jog, do some flexing, and through time you'll get better! Hope you get well and find new tips here at this forum!
