I am new health enthusiast from United Arab Emirates also known as the skyscraper city of dubai :)

I hope I meet interesting people here and learn a lot more stuff about how to get my self in shape !

The climate is really hot out here , so it makes it difficult to do the out door exercises ( jogging , walking etc... )

Hey dude, no literally, lol

If you want hot you should have been in Melbourne Australia a few weeks ago, damn it was hot. Anyway running realy burns off fat and makes you strong. Once I stayed up 48 hours and then came home and went for 30 minute run. That's how strong running makes you. Anyway I'm sure you could run in the late evening.
