Lets See What Everyone is Doing!
ill start with mine

monday - bench press, dips, incline dumbells, flys
tuesday - pullups, curls, preacher curls, lat pull down, rows
wednesday - rest
thursday - upright rows, side laterals, shrugs, shoulder press
friday - curls, dips, skull crushers, dumbell curls, tricep kickbacks
saturday - rest
sunday - rest

This is a simplified version of my weekly workout schedule:

Monday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - Go to my Uechi Ryu class.
Tuesday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - Practice my Tae Kwon Do, I go over everything I have already learned and then hit some bags/free weights.
Wednesday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - Practice my Shorin Ryu, I go over everything I have already learned and then hit some bags/free weights.
Thursday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - Practice my Tae Kwon Do, I go over everything I have already learned and then hit some bags/free weights.
Friday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - I teach advanced Tae Kwon Do techniques to students.
Saturday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - I instruct the Shorin Ryu class.
Sunday:
Rest

I spend around 5 1/2 hours working out a day, not including Sunday.

i do a really less workout these days :)

As you can see 2 days of working out and then the third day is a rest. Then the same over and over. Occassionally I might mix it up and do three day of work out 2 days rest, but usually this is what I do.
