site forum but could do with some more colour added it to it as the brown is a little depressing

1. The color scheme could be modified,,,, do a little testing to see what works.

2. Need to be able to rep someone for a good post!

3. How about increasing the size of avatar's, I have some to load but your size requirements are strict.

4. I would like to build a Training & meal log for everyone to use. But you don't allow for excel spreadsheets to be uploaded.

yes a rep feature would be good as you have some good guys on here that know their stuff and will be good for noob to ask them whatever they need to know

The reps are encouraging to the member.. And its a way to show appreciation to each other.. Could also help to put activity levels on everyones avatar..

Very nice designs, i liek the graphical replies with the lines that look like it came out of a text book or a lined piece of paper.
Great colours by the way.

I think the major issue is the amount of people that check this place. You need to get the views up and submit to search engines. and get more traffic in and out. More registrations ,and we'll have a lot of nice friendly peopel here!
