I'm new t the supplement world but have been strongly looking at Instone. Is this still around? Does anyone use it? I use to watch a rocky film a day while training years ago and three and four were the most inspiring, therefore I'm a huge fan of Sly. I've jsut started turning my life around again and getting back into shape, this time I have some baggage to lose as opposed to just getting bigger from a highschool teenager. Muscle isn't good once it's turned into fat, except the muscle memory is still there and it should be eaier to get back into shape. So any tips on powders or is Instone still around? Should I be able to get it in Australia?

If you want a good protein powder look into Optimum Whey Protein :)
this stuff is great ive been using it for a year now and the results are awesomely noticeable!
also going on a high protein diet should make u lose a few kilos a week if you are dedicated to it and stick to it
