Your Mum was right when she forced you to eat those nasty greens. Like brussel sprouts and broccoli. These two greens alone are two of the best vegetables that burn fat. They both kil the femals hormones and boost the male hormones to really help you shed fat.

Do you have a source to back that up?
Fibrous vegetables give you nutrients yes, but with the amounts of fiber they just go right through you (so to speak). I'd like to see a source so as to better understand what you're talking about.

Almost as an after thought, eating fiber will mean that achieving your goal weight will be a cinch.
