Hi there guys,
I know many people like me struggle to get their biceps initialy big, the best way to do this is via triple drop sets.
Basically it is where you lift the weight until you can no longer lift it and then immediatly lift a weight just slightly under the previous one and then repeat until you can no longer lift the weight.
If you do it correctly, by the third set you'll find it hard to pick up a simple milk carton. This will kill your arms and you should plan on rest for the next few days as it can tear the muscle from the bone and be very painful.
You should be able to lift regular sets and reps for a few weeks before attempting anything like this. Be warned you will be saw, very saw so make sure you have a heap of orange juice and some supplements..... :mrgreen:

I've used this technique before. I agree it does work but if youve never done it before you will be feeling it the next day for sure.

good point, also you can throw in some 21`s, if some of you are wondering its when you do 1 straight set of 21 reps, you start with the low part of the movement and do that for 7 reps, then you do the upper part of the movement for 7 reps, then the entire movement for the last 7 reps, all with out stopping for rest, this is a tried and true method of shocking the muscles into new growth, and YOU will be feeling it...

OMG! you are scaring me.
Well, I have been using this technique to increase biceps. This really works.
But you need to be careful while workout. It is really hard and needs utmost care.
You can see the results within couple of days :)

Yeah man my mate used to do these, he had bulging biceps but I was stronger than him with my smaller arms. That was because I did the whole moevment and he cheated. LOL, If you do them you must make sure you finish them properly and not 7-5-3 as you end up with weaker parts of the muscle. I think I might do some of these later today.
