I used to be on a strict workout schedule 4 days a week at 6am. I stopped a few months ago but I still want to stay in shape. Hopefully this forum can give me some good tips to regan my strenght. It's amazing what a few months can do. :D

Gosh! I remember getting up early to work out! I haven't done that in forever it seems like! Hopefully this forum will encourage me into staying healthy and in shape again! Good luck on your weight goals!

Yeah man a few months can have you from tubby to super ripped, well not super but semi ripped, chicks still love you either way. Anyway man I strongly suggest you never give up. Always do some puch ups, dumbell curls and a quick run each day or every second worst case scenario. If you stop you'll find it hard to get into shape and you'll hate you let yourself get tubby in the first place. Stay in shape and never stop just because you think you look so good, a few weeks go by and you think you look just as good and then a few months go by and you still feel confident but your body has started putting on weight. You don't even realise but metabolism slows down when you aren't getting exercise and to stay fit you need ot either lower your fod intake or the easier scenario is just do some more exercise. Just letting yu know what not to do mate.

Welcome to yoursuperbody.. Your muscle memory will come back & you'll be stronger than before.. Just stay with it.. Keep pumping :D
