:D hello,
mike or as our admin likes to call me mikey.. lol
i`m 41yrs old, work for the railroad as a locomotive engineer.
my training is basically a split of body area`s each day
bis/tris
shoulders/ abs
legs and nothing else this day
back and abs
chest
so those are my days workouts, each workout is a different day and i usually will go 2 on 1 day off depending on my job, as for my diets, i do better on a cut than a bulk for some reason, more motivation i guess when i cut down, last cut brought me down to under 8% bf, at the moment im in the process of starting a cut diet, coming off a 2 month bulk that went alright, body weight right now is at 193, will plan my cut to achieve about 183 lbs, and then maintain through out the summer, and come back in sept and do a bulk diet, see if can add a bit more mass onto the frame.. legs are my sticking point as they have always been, i`ve had 20 yrs. of training and for some reason my legs dont care to join in the growing factor like my upper body,, i keep warning them they are a few workouts away from amputation,, but then again at my age it really does`nt matter,, i`m more interested in a 6-pack than being called quadzilla any more..
k fellas, that me in a nut shell..
