Is Peanut Butter a good snack while lifting/staying athletic? Sometimes I eat 3 or 4 spoonfuls aday, sometimes more? Is this okay, or is there a better solution? Any thoughts?

hi samantha,

I just started putting peanut butter in my oatmeal in the mornings for breakfast. It adds a little flavor to it, yes only the natural kind too.

Peanut Butter is a good source of protein which is obviously important. However, too much of anything isn't a good thing.

Don't forget to get the good peanut butter, not some oversugared junk product which claims to be healthy. Read the nutrition labels if you will, or you'll be lounging in some fat.

peanut butter is good to have, um, tasty too :P

I would also suggest to buy one with good nutritions, and healthy stuff :)
