the great weight loss topic ... something we all love to hate. lol
well what i have found to work best when trying to loose bf is to maintain a clean diet of 5-6 meals a day, with good protein sources
chicken breast
tuna
salmon
turkey breast
whey protein
cottage cheese
eggs
complex carbs
whole wheat breads-- read package since many have HFCS in the ingredients
brown rice
oat meal
whole wheat pasta
whole wheat tortillas
whole wheat crackers
anything that is whole grain or whole wheats are great for your daily intake of foods, also you need something that will spike your insulin levels after your work out, such as dextrose along with your whey protein, then about 1 hour after that you would consume a meal of protein and complex carbs,
also you would want a slow digesting protein before bed, you can use cottage cheese or a casein protein powder
best bet is to start your day with a quick digesting protein powder of whey along with some complex carbs when you first wake up, then plan you meals about 2-3 hours apart throughout the day leading up to your last meal of the night yielding little carbs and a slow digesting protein source,
a typical daytime meal would look like this
chicken breast- 30-40 grams protein
brown rice-- 30-50 grams carbs
veggies-- 1-2 cups

i totally agree
when i was cutting up i did what you described... high protein/complex carb/fats ... and it worked wonders
then i mixed in a little HIT and the fat flew off...
but i eventually Plateu'd so i just started to bulk up again
i still remember haing the abs for 1 week though!!!

seems like the best for me anyway to loose fat while not loosing muscle..
lol, yea the abs seem to want to hide faster than they come out..

well my next cut will hopefully be better then my last... this time i want to lose the fat while mainting muscle unlike last time i got sick and lost the weight to fast resulting in a little muscle loss!

I always find the best way to loose fat is to gain muscle. You have to have a proper mix of weights and cardio.

I have not done recent workouts.
also, got a bit fat now !
I have started workout agian since a while.
Can someone give a good tip for healthy food to eat to burn fat ?
or any sort of supplement ?

its not just any one food its the entire days worth that will help with the fat loss,
examples are
chicken breast
tuna
salmon
turkey breast
eggs
whey protein
cottage cheese
brown rice
whole grain whole wheat bread
whole wheat crackers
granola
whole wheat pasta
oatmeal
the goal is to eat 4-5 meals roughly 2-3 hours apart, while also staying active, weight training// cardio ect..

Everybody in the world hate this things and at the same time they want to make the body in the perfect shape also. Daily workout and healthy food without more fat can give you the best body and thats for sure.

For the weight loss you have two options, One is diet plan and the other is exercise. So basically if you will do both the things with the systematic way then you can easily reduce your weight in short time. Actually in there also patience is required.

If you want to loss your weight then there are lots of options but the best way for weight loss is do the exercise and don't take the food like in their so much calories do it in a systematic way . Then your weight can be loss and you feel fresh and good .
